This blog is part travelogue, part journal, where I will be documenting the many interviews, conventions & competitions that will comprise my overview of the ice-sculpting industry. From the garage geniuses to the gallery gurus, I hope to cover every facet of what makes ice sculpting not only an art, but also a lucrative business.
I invite sculptors, vendors, fans -- and even ice groupies -- to contribute their thoughts on this booming industry. Ice: The Documentary is only a working title.
I received another shipment of goodies yesterday! This time, Julian Bayley of Ice Culture in Hensall, Ontario sent me a copy of his 'Ideas That Work(ed)' book and several video dvds featuring his company's latest work.
