This blog is part travelogue, part journal, where I will be documenting the many interviews, conventions & competitions that will comprise my overview of the ice-sculpting industry. From the garage geniuses to the gallery gurus, I hope to cover every facet of what makes ice sculpting not only an art, but also a lucrative business. I invite sculptors, vendors, fans -- and even ice groupies -- to contribute their thoughts on this booming industry. Ice: The Documentary is only a working title.

1st interview in Florida

Just finished interviewing ice sculptor Lazaro aka Laz of Nice Work Ice Sculptures @ Lake Eola Park in Orlando, Florida. He provided a very animated & interesting explanation of the 'ice game'. Thanks Laz!
